Highest energy staff and rod for monk
What is the highest energy staff or rod for monks? I'm after best output

Rods: Energy +15 Energy Regen –1 Off Hands: Energy +12 (Req. 9) Energy +15 Energy Regen –1 Staffs: +10 Energy With Staffs you can get a +5 energy staff head.
